Returns
Items may be returned within 30 days from the order date or 14 days from the confirmed delivery date (whichever occurs first), unless a longer return period is required by applicable law.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging. Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration may not qualify for a refund, exchange, or store credit.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise required by law.
Cancellations
Orders are processed quickly to ensure fast delivery. Therefore, cancellations or modifications are generally not possible once an order has been placed.

Refund Eligibility
Refunds are typically granted only for items that are defective, damaged, or affected by a manufacturing error.
Any issues must be reported within 72 hours of delivery confirmation, including clear photo evidence of the defect or damage.
Upon review and approval, we may, at our discretion:
- Issue a refund (excluding original shipping costs), or
- Send a replacement item at no additional charge.
We reserve the right to request the return of the defective item before issuing a refund or replacement.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund (unless required by applicable law):

- Discounted or promotional items
- Gift cards or digital products
- Perishable goods
- Health, personal care, intimate, or sanitary products
- Hazardous materials or flammable goods
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted for items that:
- Are returned in a condition different from original (not due to our error)
- Are returned after the eligible return window
Shipping Costs
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable once the order has been processed.
If a return is approved, return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount.
For free shipping promotions, customers acknowledge that the original outbound shipping cost is non-refundable.
Late or Missing Refunds
Refund processing times may vary depending on your financial institution. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
